I, Mr. Sanjay Ganeshrao Kadam, founded Captain Sanjay Kadam Bahuddheshiya Sevabhavi Sanstha with a vision to empower youth with discipline, skill, and the spirit of service to the nation. Drawing from my experience in the armed forces, I believe that true development begins with strong values, physical fitness, and quality education.
Through our initiatives in defence career training, skill development, women’s empowerment, health awareness, and community service, we aim to shape responsible, self-reliant citizens who are ready to contribute to society and the country.
Our mission is simple — "Serve with integrity, lead with courage, and inspire the next generation."

With expertise in finance and management, Mr. Vijay More ensures proper utilization of resources, enabling the NGO to sustain its projects and maximize social impact.
An active contributor to our training and outreach programs, Mr. Prashant Kadam plays a key role in community mobilization and youth engagement.
